Adults only cabin with double bed with Hot Tub

In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). We have a cluster of properties all next door to each other - perfect for family or friend getaways Sleeps 16 across 4 individual units all with own living room/kitchen/bathrooms Unfortunately there isn't a communal dining area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Three bedrooms , two toilets, hot tub outdoor seating area with gated decking, BBQ, two parking spaces, Quiet cul-de-sac location with grassed area behind caravan for children to play safely. Comfortable relaxing, dog friendly quiet space, very short walk to beautiful dog/child friendly beach where you can reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Quiet Hamlet with 3 eating places and 2 small shops, lots of walks nearby and close to Mabelthorpe, Chappel St Leonard’s, Ingolmells and Skegness if wanting to engage in more activities/amenities also short drive away is the Donkey Sanctuary, sea life world, and Butlins

You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. The little ones will love the novel beds, which can be adapted for older children or removed. Comfortable beds for the grown ups. Toast marshmallows under the open blue skies, relax in the hammocks, watch the local wildlife & listen to the birds. Comes complete with an electric kettle and induction hob, an electric cool box, access to a freezer, VW crockery and cutlery.

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. The property has a studio apartment style with classic country charm. It looks out onto its own patio in a shared garden. There is access to an indoor heated pool. However, please note that the pool will be closed from time to time for maintenance and other events or private bookings.
