The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.

Relax at this peaceful farm while looking from the backyard at the South Mountains. The renovated house is decorated throughout with family quilts, and antiques. Relax on the deck leading from the master bedroom or the back patio and enjoy the view.
