The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdon and Zip World only 1 hr drive away. Walks and cycle paths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

The Longbarn at Caerfallen is a Grade II listed, luxury, self-catering holiday home located on an historic farm in the Vale of Clwyd, North Wales just a mile from the Medieval town of Ruthin. Set in the farm's 70 acres of grass and arable land, and with far reaching views across rolling countryside to the hills beyond, this is the ideal place to relax and recharge. It is well equipped & most furnishings, including a beautiful greenwood bed are handmade. We welcome people attending craft courses in Wernog Wood, as well as walkers & other visitors to the area.
