Our home is under 10 mins walk from Llandudno sea front and there are numerous walks in the area including exploring the Great Orme straight from the front door. The Ski Slope, Cable car & Pitch & Putt are all within 5 mins. For tired legs (it is hilly) the Tram runs past the house (Apr to Oct) and there is a bus stop 100 yards away. We fell in love with it for the view which took our breath away. Purchased in June 2016 the summer renovation project was hard work but we hope you enjoy the result

The location is ideal for exploring Conwy, Llandudno, Snowdonia and the beaches of Anglesey a little further afield and breakfasts on a balcony and evenings beside a woodburning stove!

This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Our cottage is situated on the Great Orme, Llandudno. The views are simply stunning: overlooking Conwy bay along the coast to Anglesey. It is situated on a quiet, child friendly road, with easy access to the pathways that go round the entire peninsula. There are plenty of activities nearby for all: the historic pier, cable cars, golf courses, restaurants & beaches. Slightly further afield you’ll find yourself in an excellent location to explore: historic Conwy, Snowdonia and Anglesey
