Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. Sofa bed in living room and single bed via steep stairs.

The Keep - a rural retreat with spectacular views.

The Keep sits in a quiet corner of our beautiful little hillside. The space offers great facilities to make this a great base to adventure from. Use of hot tub is available with additional charge due to the increasing costs of energy. The pod is heated throughout, comfortably furnished living area with dining table, kitchenette with hob, microwave & fridge. A Separate bedroom & shower room. The Keep is on hillside so you need to be able to walk up to the pod from the parking area.

Chapel Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the Welsh hills, it’s a walkers paradise or simply a relaxing place to get away from it all listening to the stream at the end of the garden. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. This will enable our guests to have brilliant internet use to complete pieces of work or just browse your socials!
