This quirky and colorful smaller house has two-bedrooms (one double, one king), two bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining area that opens to a covered patio—perfect for al-fresco dining. All rooms overlook the pool and feature hand-painted furniture, indigenous Huichole art, and playfully decoupaged film posters of vintage Mexican cinema. This fun space celebrates the family’s fabulously eclectic and creative daughter Psarah. The beach is walk down the brick path, through the flowers and fruit trees.

Palapa Lulu is a charming studio on the 3rd level of our boutique triplex, Casa Bahía. We are centrally located in Punta de Mita and just around the block to swimmable beaches, multiple surf breaks, seasonal whale watching, the Marietas Islands as well as fantastic restaurants & shopping. This is a great “glamping” style space fitted with all the amenities for solo travelers, family and friends, surfers, digital nomads and people that enjoy a friendly Mexican pueblo.

Casa Alma is located on the shore of the main beach with panoramic views of the beach from the private terrace in the best location in Sayulita! Stay 5 minutes walking from the center of Sayulita. Swim on the beach in front of the property and in the shared pool. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow with terrace has Wi-Fi, kitchen, parking, and maid service (Monday to Saturday). All requests asking to bring pets will be automatically denied.

Colibrí Bungalow is in Casa Parota San Pancho. This bungalow is more private and separate from the rest of the property. It is perfect for a family of 4, or friends that don't mind sleeping in the same open space. We tried to make it as cozy and as comfortable as possible for anyone that wants to stay with us.

Neighbourhood itself it quiet but the side road we're on can be quite noisy. 6 minutes walk to the central square, another minute to the main beach. Included cleanings during your stay! Internet 50Mbs down, 20Mbs up (apt for video conferences etc.)

The English Country is a lovely one bedroom bungalow perfect for one or two person. It is surrounded by flowers and the jungle, and views of the ocean from the terrace. Perfect little getaway with beautiful grounds, pool and views, 5 to 8 minutes walk to town.
