Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Welcome to our beautiful beachfront condo—steps from the sand. Lounge by the pool, sip a cocktail next door, or take a seaside stroll to dinner at Hotel Maraica. Our quaint yet lively town is full of charm, sunshine, and ocean breezes. Perfect for vacations or extended stays, our cozy condo accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 additional child (ages 3–14). Kids 2 and under don’t count towards number of guests. Minimum stay is 5 nights—contact us for shorter stays!

Casa Alma is located on the shore of the main beach with panoramic views of the beach from the private terrace in the best location in Sayulita! Stay 5 minutes walking from the center of Sayulita. Swim on the beach in front of the property and in the shared pool. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow with terrace has Wi-Fi, kitchen, parking, and maid service (Monday to Saturday). All requests asking to bring pets will be automatically denied.
