We found the house to comfortable and clean, the beds were great with good quality mattresses and linen. The lounge was very comfortable and a good size. It was good to have the drive way as the streets around had a lot of cars fighting for space. The house is in an estate that has some really run down properties/areas but the house itself is next to some nice friendly neighbours (Annie with the two Chihuahuas!) We found it to be quiet at night. The cons: quite far away from town, you could walk but it's about 30 mins. There are some niggly issues with squeaky hinges, dodgy door handles and a window that wouldn't shut properly in the bathroom, but these were irritations rather than deal breakers. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We booked this house for a joint 70th birthday present to our parents and stayed with people aged between 1-70. It met all our needs well and the house is lovely and warm with good bathrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor space.

Lovely house , kitchen was equipped with everything required. Location was great with fantastic views of Goatfell.

Mary has a very nice top floor flat on the edge of Dunoon. The property has good sized rooms and is well equipted with everything you would need. The location suited us well it that it is convenient for locations such as Benmore Botanical Gardens and other places of local interest. A half hour drive to the short drive on drive off ferry crossing at Conintraive made for an easy and scenic journey to Rothesay. All in Marys property is very convenient and good value, and we would have no hesitation booking again in the future.

We had the best time here! Scott helped us out a lot by accomodating us a day early when our when broke down. The place was clean and very modern, everything we needed was there! We walked into the city almost every day but the subway is fairly close so that is an option too. You don't have to go far for the best food, our favourite place was just 10 mins walking distance! We will absolutely come back to Scotts' when we come back to Glasgow!

excellent ground floor flat, with spacious interior and gardens. It's a well resourced comfortable space. There's excellent public transport, easy to access, and supermarket and necessary shops nearby. We hired electric bikes from R.T Cycles near the train station, and enjoyed the amazing area more fully. Some lovely cafes, people and places were encountered.

An amazing holiday in Dunoon, the flat was great, really spacious and clean. Anna had provided everything we needed. She was really helpful and responsive. There is so much for kids to do in Dunoon, the beach is only a few minutes walk away. We loved it!

Diane was a wonderful, helpful host, and the apartment proved to be a useful base for our time in Stirling. Just below the castle and minutes from anything (including several decent takeaway locations and a large grocery store), made it easy for our group to tackle errands and get back to seeing the sights. The comfortable apartment gave us plenty of space, a fast Internet connection, and a great space to wind down in at the end of the day.

We had the most amazing time staying here! Absolutely stunning location, loads of places to explore nearby, would highly recommend. Carol was fab and super helpful, we had absolutely no issues at all. Really can’t recommend enough!

This well-equipped ground-floor apartment looking out onto the sea a few 100 ms away is fairly centrally located in Ayr. Good access to Burns birthplace in Alloway and the amazing Culzean castle along the coast. If you are interested in history, there is much to see in the neighbouring countryside and coastline apart from the town-centre. Alison is a great host and left lots of welcome treats including butter, milk and Scottish goodies! She was quick to respond to our queries and provided lots of useful advice. A wonderful stay in a cosy, clean and comfortable flat with a reasonable time to check out at 11 am! Kids loved access to both Netflix and Disney! Thank you Alison!

We had a wonderful time in Jill's accommodation! We immediately felt at home and Jill and Simon are very friendly and warm people. The apartment is also very comfortably furnished. We would love to come back.

Ideal accommodation for the purpose of our stay. Spacious, clean and homely offering everything you need. Easy to make contact with the host if needed with quick response. We always stay here when visiting family in the area and will no doubt continue to do so.

Lovely spacious flat . Had everything you need for a family stay . Big bedrooms so we could all have our own space which is not always the case in places . Outdoor space ,toys , DVDs and TVs to keep.all ages happy if weather bad . Local buses and a train within a short walk . Good play park a 5 min n walk with great views of the area . Choice of places to have takeaways and an Asda nearby for bigger shopping . You can go along the coast in either direction for days out or walk to Ardrossan Castle or go to the beach . We watched the sun set one night .
