Easy to reach - 75 mins from Edinburgh. Lovely year round – in summer, sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Luxury, en suite cabin with its own private hot tub. Includes light breakfast and tea/coffee in room. The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The stylish interior includes vintage furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows and reclaimed wooden flooring. The room has a king-sized bed, walk-in shower and a drinks refrigerator. Fully heated for winter use and a patio door for summer comfort.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.

It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
