great place to stay , very clean and new. Walking distance to shops , restauants, bakehouse bread and ice cream. Would stay again and highly recommend.

This place was perfect, stayed for a month and I had absolutely no problems. It’s very cozy for 1 person. Plenty of room, Quiet and Sheila was a very good host. Absolutely recommend if you are just visiting or coming into town for work. 10/10!

This was such a beautiful place. It had such charm to it the moment I walked inside. Was easy to find and had such a great view from the windows. Everything about the stay here was so amazing. Kaysee's home in Troy is a perfect home away from home. The house is extremely comfortable and clean with nice amenities. It's close to stores and on-ramps to the highway. It's also within a couple minutes drive of downtown Troy, but far enough away that you don't hear the trains.

Diane was absolutely a great host, from the moment we arrived, until we the moment we departed. The location is perfect, there are shops all around, a wonderful coffee shop right across the street. The queen bed was very comfortable , and we felt extremely safe the whole time we were there, with the secure building, and parking. Troy is a very nice city, and Diane helped to make our stay perfect, with her helpful suggestions. We won’t hesitate to book this location again, it checked all of the boxes!

We would definitely stay here again. Felt safe, easy locking system with dead bolt and quiet.

Brian was great! The apartment was also great. It looked like the pictures. The only things that stood out to us were relatively minor in the grand scheme of it. When you stay at a place that allows pets pet hair is expected! So over all we really enjoyed our stay. Brian was a really nice and personable host. We would definitely stay with him again if we find ourselves in the area. Only thing not posted is the upstairs bathroom is missing the cabinet doors. Honestly, not a huge deal. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Beautiful views of the lake, quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed the game table, the comfortable beds and cooking in the kitchen! Karie was very responsive to attending to all of our needs!

This little home was perfect for our group, two adults and two kids! We were able to walk to the boat dock, and it was fun to sit at the water’s edge! There were some fun games there that we enjoyed! We had a great weekend!!

We had an excellent Labor Day weekend. The cottage met our needs and kept us comfortable while we boated, swam, ate, and participated in the Indian Lake Ring of Fire festivities (with LED “torches”). Thanks Kent for the hospitality, and thank your brother for the quick and friendly communication!

Great Home & Excellent Host !

Jamie's place was a nice getaway. About an hour from Columbus, 2 from Cincinnati. Everything in the home is really well appointed. They thought of a lot of extra details....like more than enough power outlets in every bedroom, dimmable lighting, every type of coffee maker imaginable, plenty of towels. Layout, decoration, and "vibe" of the lake house was very chill and relaxed. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. I need to ask Jamie the brand. We still enjoyed the area even though it was a crisp Fall weekend. We enjoyed walks around the lake and taking our pup to the dog park by Old Field Beach. Loved brunch at LuLu's, ice cream at Honey Bee's, and a mexican feast at La Playa Azul. Kitchen was stocked, even though we didn't want to cook on this trip. Would love to return in the Summer to be able to play on the water!

Really cool house, everything was good. You can walk to town. Two of the bedrooms are tandem rooms upstairs, so you have to go through one to get to the other, and the ceilings are low. Perfect house for a lot of people.
