It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.
