Equipped with a Queen size Murphy Bed to maximize living space, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Enjoy the huge back porch/patio while grilling on the pellet grill or just sitting around the fire pit.

Holly Cottage Garden Carriage House is in Tyler’s distinguished and charming Charnwood/Azalea Historic District of Tyler located just blocks from so many great Tyler attractions. These are wonderfully convenient accomodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites. By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
