Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Sheerwater Holiday Home in Downderry is a detached property with it's own private entrance. Downderry is nestled between the old medieval harbour of Portwrinkle and the fishing village of Looe. The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. It is just a 5 minute drive from Whitsand Bay & Portwrinkle Beach, with it's access to the SW Coast Path and a golf course. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.

Boutique 4 bed beach house with amazing sea views!

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
