It consists of 3 floors and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with a dinning area, storage room and a terrace of 20 square meters. Three bedrooms are with three double beds, one with two single beds that can be connected. Each room is air-conditioned including a kitchen with a dinning area.

Completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment for 2 guests in the old family house with a beautiful sea view, Old City and island of Lokrum. 3 minutes walk to the Old City, 5 to the cable car for Srđ hil and bus stop for Cavtat, 10 minutes for the Ploče Gate and the famous Banje beach. Public Car Park is near my house.

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

It is just 15min ride with a car (or 25min with a bus) from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If you book a stay of 7 nights or longer, we'll organize a gratis incoming transfer from the airport or port!
