Just a 10 minutes walk to the sea, along beautiful pathways filled with plants, birds and a nearby golf course. The living and dining room coexist between two patios and a couple of fountains. Our house sits on a large lot with pull thru gated parking in a safe neighborhood located in Colonia Zaragoza. It is walking distance to the centro and just a couple hundred yards to the beach where you can walk for miles, swim, Kayak, Fish or Snorkel. We have 4 studios on the second floor that can be rented separately and can accommodate up to 4 people each. The 3rd. floor is a common lounge area overlooking the entire bay with micro gym, kitchen and BBQ for exclusive use of registered guest.

Beautiful casa by the beach & pools in Loreto Bay

My place is just steps from the beach, several pools, restaurants, the coffee shop, local store, hotel, and Sea of Cortez marine preserve. It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport and town of Loreto. You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Just five miles from the Loreto Airport, on the glistening Sea of Cortez, where you can enjoy sunrise kayaking, sport fishing, golf, snorkeling, and paddle boarding in view of the beautiful Sierra de la Giganta Mountains - a ten minute walk from our home, and six miles south of the historic town of Loreto.

Steps from the Sea of Cortez, this two bedroom, two bath house is located in a charming and quaint community. The house faces one of the community pools and is a short walk to golf and the beach. The home features a private courtyard, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, two full bathrooms with sunken tub and walk-in shower, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and many other amenities. The home is fully furnished including housewares.

Fully gated & very secure, interior french doors open on two sides living room to private garden areas for lots of light and a tranquil Mexican vibe. Fully stocked kitchen w/ everything needed to prepare meals & serve in our dining area w/ a table seating 6 or dine al fresco on the large deck with built on BBQ area and pergola.
