Honestly, the pictures don’t do this villa justice! It’s so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood. Emma was absolutely amazing, she helped me coordinate with others on the island for private transportation and a masseuse. We had an incredible time and would 100% return. We had a group of 7 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. It’s a great villa for a larger group. Thanks again Emma. ❤️

Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

Nous avons adoré la Villa L’arrivée c’est bien fait seulement la Villa n’avait pas été bien nettoyé et manquait un peu d’amour. Nous avons informé l’équipe de IRE et la même journée et un ménage supplémentaire à été fait ce qui a aidé à la situation. Comme les commentaires précédant la vue et le calme de cette endroit magnifique. Nous avons séjournés avec nos enfants et petit enfants et tous ont adorés leur séjours Nous avons fait le tour de l’île plusieurs fois et Indigo bay est très bien situé. One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Very beautiful home. Quiet, spacious and beautiful views from every room in the house. The home was well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Great location if you want a quiet, tucked away hidden gem. We could walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants which made our vacation even more easy and relaxing. Host was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The beach views were stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Mehdi was always available to answer any questions and offer local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

A few questions came up. Mike is an excellent host. Truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced with Airbnb. He was just extraordinarily helpful. He knows the area, he’s invested in the area and believes in the area. And rightfully so. It’s beautiful and peaceful. This man goes above and beyond to help you with anything. Good neighbor, good manager, good new friend. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet him and enjoy our vacation with him being a part of it. Wish he managed every property I will ever visit in the future:)

Can't say enough good things about our stay AND about working with Sarah. She was patient and full of good info, and always replied quickly when we had a question. The house has an excellent design with plenty of living spaces to hang out - both indoors and outdoors. Loved the pool too.

Nous venions de Bretagne pour 10 jours dans le logement d'Estelle. Tout à été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre comme rarement vu ailleurs. Les logements sont mitoyens pour autant aucun bruit ne vient déranger la tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup bougé en journée ( logement très bien situé), et nous avons apprécié nos soirées en terrasse près de la piscine à siroter le bam bam 🙂. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Estelle a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous l'avons quitté avec regret. Merci beaucoup Estelle

We had the most amazing stay at Julie’s home. The photos really don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person, so thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful tropical garden and mountain backdrop. It’s perfect indoor-outdoor living! The house is so well equipped; we had everything we needed, and our daughter had the most magical time. She had everything she could have asked for and more. Julie was the perfect host—always going above and beyond to help us and give us advice. From the moment we booked, she sprang into action, lining up fantastic restaurant reservations immediately and giving us endless recommendations for car rentals, sailing charters, and everything else we needed. We would give this property 10 stars if we could. We miss is so much already and can’t wait to go back.

Le logement était exactement comme indiqué sur les photos. Je n'étais pas certaine de la proximité de la piscine dans la description, mais c'était parfait, elle était partagé pour le 8 ou 10 logements peut être et se fesait à pied par la cours directement. Une vingtaines de metres . La localisation de la maison était juste parfaite, nous avons loué une voiture,mais aurions très bien pu passer la semaine sans. Épicerie, restaurants ,tout se fesait en moins de 4 minutes. La plage aussi était très proche. Il ne manquait de rien dans la maison et les lits étaient très confortables. merci beaucoup d'avoir partagé avec nous cet endroit.

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!

It is tough to put into words how much we loved Caza Lili! The villa was in the perfect location, steps away from the beach and a short drive to almost anywhere on the island. Having Jojo Burger, the Monoprix, and bakery all a short walk away was a wonderful touch. The beach is extremely private (there were times we were the only ones there) and the villa feels extremely safe and private. I can’t recommend this villa enough if you are traveling to St Barths and we will definitely be returning!

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location and also great communication with very responsive host. Easy walk to many beaches, restaurants and bar.

We've been to St Maarten at least 12 times. We've never stayed in this area, usually Simpson Bay. We loved it, close to everything. The place has an amazing view and pool. Nadine made check-in very easy and check-out. The place makes it comfortable. Everything was clean. As others have reviewed, a little worn, but certainly did the job. Plenty of places to get sun or hide out in the shade. For the money, a few things could be stepped up a bit: glassware ( one wine glass, the rest water glasses), silver ware, the master mattress was a rock, and few other things. I would rent it again.
