(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

I have 2 Labradors, so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below.
