Precioso apartamento de lujo, en zona muy tranquila, con vistas al mar y con unas puestas de sol maravillosas. A 5 minutos a pie de la preciosa Playa San Marcos con varios bares y restaurantes, una heladería artesanal y una farmacia. A 50 metros del edificio está la parada de autobuses . Tv por satélite de muchos países y Netflix A 2 km de Icod de los Vinos, la ciudad de Drago Milenario, famosa también por su gastronomía . Expertos en hacerlos sentir como en su casa . Apartamento a primera línea de playa, 1 habitación, 1 baño, salón comedor con sillón cama, cocina, Television Plana ,Lavadora, Internet (Wifi) y una terraza con unas increíbles vistas a toda la playa y al océano Atlántico. El edificio cuenta con ascensor y dos entradas, una por la parte trasera y la otra por la misma Playa. Alrededor del apartamento hay farmacias, supermercado, restaurantes etc. El norte de Tenerife se diferencia por su tranquilidad, naturaleza, gastronomía típica canaria.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Buenavista del Norte te ofrece naturaleza en estado puro, paisajes únicos y lejos de las aglomeraciones turísticas. Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.

Ocean shore apartment with amazing views

The apartment is bright, very peaceful and private. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to to meet sunset after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax.
