Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Za sve one koji istinski vole prirodu i u stanju su živjeti u skladu s njom, u srcu šume, 3 km od sela, 10 km od trajektnog pristaništa Valbiska, 12 km od grada Krka, 10-15 minuta pješke kroz šumsku stazu do jedne od plaža uvale Čavlena, u oazi mira, nalazi se mala kućica. Kućica se snadbijeva solarnom energijom te je stoga električna energija ograničena, dok je voda kišnica i upotrebljava se isključivo za higijenske potrepštine.
