Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

True to its 1955 construction, this home has Mid-Mod touches. The main bedroom has a beautiful view, as well as a California King bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Just a short drive from the traffic light in Tellico Village. Your spacious accommodations are the full lower level of this golf front lakeview home. The entire space was totally remodeled in 2020, with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating , firepit area and Waterfall! Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville. The exterior features a large back deck with patio furniture and canopy, along with a partially fenced in back yard for your family pet. The main area of the home has a wonderful open concept with newer furniture and large screen TV. Pets are welcome; Dogs under 20 lbs, and no cats.
