IONION VIEW

Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Κυριαρχεί απόλυτη ηρεμία, η οποία ταράσσεται μόνο από τους παφλασμούς των κυμάτων. The apartment (1st floor) has access to shared roof terrace (3rd floor), where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city and Ionian sea, while taking breakfast or dinner. This property is a studio that includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Plataria is a peacefull and quiet place where one may enjoy the beach, the food and its natural beauty. Parga, Syvota, Perdika and Igoumenitsa are just a few minutes away by car.
