The cottage is in a residential cul-de-sac 3 blocks UP the hill from the center of town. 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minute drive to The Stanley & Safeway, walkable .7 mile to Skyview. Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

High Street Treehouse: Your Cozy Denver Retreat

The High Street Treehouse is a one bedroom, one bathroom carriage house (ADU) in the City Park West neighborhood of Denver, within walking distance of Downtown, great restaurants and cafes, the hospital district, the Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science and more. The Treehouse is an apartment above the hosts’ garage, physically separate from the main house and very private and secure. The host is an architect - this little building was designed by her, for you!
