You just walk in on the ground level, drawn towards the full glass and the lawn, the lake and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? If you are looking for a hotel room, stay here instead! Perfect for a family with kids, amazing location, room to spread out, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony, look no further. Large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Cozy living room with a fireplace to chat about your mountain adventures, dining table to play games after the delicious dinner you made in our nice kitchen. Or relax in the clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. On bike path around the lake.
