Villa del Mar - Pure Hedonism

Villa del Mar is based in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jakob. Its very quiet with no noise of the traffic but only 15 minute by walk to the old town and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, living room, fully equipted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, free street parking , and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation. I would say pure Hedonism.

A beautiful sea front house with its own private beach perfect for couples, group of friends and families. The space The house is located in the first (and only) row of houses just above the beach, which is very unique for the area, where you can enjoy the privacy of your own beach in just a few steps. Vila M is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with oldest cornerstone. In early 60’s well known artist Milovan Stanić created entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces. The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.
