This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

Directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail and a splash pad kids would love. 2 minutes from Texas Tech University and Rawls Golf Course. Private parking, Private entrance, and large driveway. Minutes away from restaurants and 1 min away from Texas Tech University Medical/Health Science Center, Ranching Heritage Center, and the Texas Tech History/Art Museum. Covenant Hospital is less than 5 min away.

This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Location, location, location! Private space located in heart of Tech Terrace (20th Street). You’re one block from the Tech campus (you can very easily walk to get to the United Supermarkets Arena for Graduation, basketball games, or concerts/events - or get anywhere else on campus easily) and it's close to Tech Terrace attractions such as J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, local grocery stores, etc.

Country Guesthouse

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.

This Studio is an open plan space that has all you may need during your stay. One bed with a couch in the living area will accommodate up to 4 guest. The Kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer with a microwave and keurig. This back house is settled in the middle of town, 10 min to Texas Tech. Located near LakeRidge Country Club.
