Unique attractive design concept mushroom like. Modern and cozy apartment for three, situated up on a hill, above log cabin with nice view on mountain peaks and river Tara valley. Near the mushroom guests may enjoy barbecueing or makeing log fire. The mushroom is ideal for honeymooners or younger people or for tourists looking for something different and unusuall. Innerspace is divided in two leveles (ground floor + upper floor) and suitable for two (+ one) persons. Ground floor has open space entry hallway with bathroom and living/dinning room with kitchenette (basic electrical suppliences and pottery). The ground floor is conected with upper floor by quite steep stairs (not preferable for elderly persons or persons with disabilities). Upper floor is divided in two zones: lounge and sleeping area. Sleeping area has french bed and lounge area has sofa bed and taburets .Different light sources create warm and cozy atmosphere. Free WiFi and parking place provided. The mushroom apartment is situated on a hill above the road and arround 800m far from the city center (restaurants, shops). Ski center is 9km far away and National park "Biograd lake" is 19km far away. The main bus and rail station is arround 1,5km far from the mushroom. Arrival of guests is provided by car (free of charge) upon agreement.

Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

Camp Lipovo mountain cabin 2

This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
