The port and the sea are about 1 km away; to the north are the beaches of Calambrone, and to the south, the Calafuria cliffs. Bus stops are nearby, and the train station is about 1 km away. Livorno is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are all reachable in under an hour. Important Information: The mezzanine ceiling is sloped, and in some areas, the height is lower than an adult's stature. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. There is no parking space available. In accordance with current regulations, guest registration with local authorities is mandatory; therefore, identity documents for all occupants will be required. The Loft apartment has been created from the renovation of the old warehouse of our 14 Century Tuscan manor, the architecture of the place is very striking and we have tried to maintain it's shape in tack by creating only 3 walls which are the confines of the bathroom, hence creating a large 140 meter square open space with amazing beams ceiling features (which are still the originals).
