Cozy Cape Cod on the Water In AC w a Hot Tub

Perfect waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Cape Cod style home right on the bay in the Venice Park section of Atlantic City. Awesome sunset views from the elevated deck with a 6 person Hot Tub on year round , inside has new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in every room + Air Condition. Off street parking for 5 cars and plenty of street parking too. I’m well versed in all kinda of Atlantic City attractions and am happy to help you plan activities. Or other occasion, Nice quiet private property, close to Ocean city ( 2.3 miles, 4 minutes ), Atlantic city ( 16 miles, 28 minutes ), Over 10 Golf courses, Dining, Shopping, Casinos, Boat docks, Cape May zoo, THE WORLD’S GREATEST ELEPHANT just 10 minutes away! Includes wifi, Roku boxes in all bedrooms. Feel free to bring your own Roku or fire stick for TV. This home is a short walk to beach & boardwalk. Close to Mallons Pastry and 11th St. fishing gazebo. Two blocks to playground/basketball courts.
