Schmuckes, ehemaliges und schön umgebautes Wäschehäuschen im gepflegten Grundstück der Villa Belmonte an exklusiver Lage. Gemütlicher Garten mit Liegestühlen und Steintisch mit angrenzendem Rebberg. Traumhafte Aussicht über Bellinzona bis nach Cannobio (It), vom See bis weit in die Berge. Sehr ruhiges, friedliches Plätzchen, ideal zum Verweilen und Entspannen.
