This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

This home far exceeded my expectations for the stay. From the start Jose’s communication was excellent. The home itself was not only in a safe, family friendly neighborhood- it was extremely close to stores and activities. The pool and back yard had enough fun that we spent half our time back there. The house was equipped with more than enough essentials which made my trip that much less stressful. We are already planning another trip back!

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

I understand why this property in Luquillo, PR is considered a super host property. It was quaint and impeccably clean. master bedroom larger than most. Beach art deco throughout. Within two blocks of beach and 1/4 mile away from charming restaurants and small mom-and-pop shops/stores. Easy access to main highway that leads to San Juan going west and other nice beaches and locations traveling east. Alexis promptly responded to every inquiry made. I would highly recommend this property if you don't want to stay in the city. It is 35 mins from airport in San Juan. Stephanie

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Puerto Rico! Luquillo is a great walkable town with lots to do, the location is great and easy to get to neighboring towns and activities in the area!

I had an amazing chilling stay. Very comfortable and close to really great restaurants and rooftop bars. I would stay again! Thank you for your hospitality 🙏

The place was as described! It was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed our time staying here and felt safe the entire time. We also enjoyed going in the pool and playing the outdoor activities they provided. They also provided us with beach materials that we were able to use at the beach!!! Loved that!! It was also very easy to uber places. It’s also within walking distance to bars and restaurants and of course the ocean! AC units worked super well!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had such a great stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. It made exploring the area super easy and convenient. The place itself was clean and well-kept, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into the space. Would definitely stay here again recommend it to anyone visiting the area! AC units in each room was convenient. WIFI did come on and off but was not a big issue.

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

My friends and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb located right on Luquillo Beach. Seriously the most beautiful and quiet beach you will ever see. The pool was used basically everyday. It was nice to have a private area for us to use while we waited for other people to get ready for the day, or cool off after a long day of hiking and exploring the area. This air bnb is huge and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were even beach chairs and a beach cart for our use. He recommended lots of places and activites for us to do. CNote the Jazz bar is a must. Great location, we were able to either walk or drive everywhere. 25 minutes to the rain forest, 25 minutes to farajado. Highly recommend his place and location!

Our li'l fam very much enjoyed our stay at Jonathan and Monica's cozy and relaxing place because it was exactly what we were looking for. Instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room with a possible pool many floors away, everything we needed was right there. Rainforest hikes, beautiful beaches, local restaurants, city sightseeing, and more all short drives away, but we were perfectly happy hanging at their place without too busy of an agenda. This would be a great place not just for a family, but a group of friends as well. We highly recommend staying here as it was a big factor for such a fun, relaxing vacation.

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

What a vacation! Garry’s place was a perfect spot for us. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to several beaches, the rainforest, the marina for tours as long as you have a car. The house was beautiful and had all the essentials and necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there when the island lost power over Holy Week and we were so grateful to be at Garry’s because they have solar power! I didn’t even know Garry’s place has solar power until the whole island was without power yet we were still able to run fans, stove top, refrigerator, take showers, and watch tv. The air conditioning didn’t work with the solar power but the breeze outside at night was spectacular and there were plenty of outdoor chairs in the garage for stargazing. Anyone coming to Puerto Rico should come prepared to survive without electricity if need be but if you rent Garry’s place you’ll have more peace of mind. We will definitely stay again if we head back to Fajardo.

My friends and I came here for spring break, we were a group of 10 and the Airbnb was a comfortable stay. Brian was very helpful and anytime we needed something, he would immediately respond. It was a short walk to the beach (a great spot to watch sunrise) and was also next to many grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect quiet and nice spot for us. The view is amazing and the terrace with all the plants and views is a great spot to relax and unwind, hope Tom puts some hammocks in the future. The place is set up great for your convenience. Tom is very kind and available to answer any questions you may have. The fishing village is cute and has many restaurants walking distance. Quiet during the week, very busy on the weekend, typical Puertorrican beach town. The neighborhood is quiet and while there are many structures in need of repairs-probably hit by hurricanes, etc- it is a great project in progress. Definitely recommend. Thank you Tom.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

There were 12 of us in our party ranging from 6-70 years of age. The accommodations were perfect for us! I was a little hesitant about the separate quarters upstairs to downstairs but it actually worked out really well for us as all of the kids enjoyed hanging out there at night while the adults sat outside. The pool was such a necessary factor to the house! Everyone made great use of it and it was well loved. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the little things left available to us such as sunscreen/mosquito repellent to laundry which we wouldn’t have expected any! The recommendations that Christophe provided were also very much appreciated. We had food and decorations brought for the day we arrived to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was phenomenal! The location in terms of the rainforest was also superb. Halfway between Fajardo (bio bay) and San Juan (for fishing). It was an unforgettable trip! Christophe made this place a wonderful sanctuary.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

We had an incredible experience with Rafael . He is very friendly attentive and helpful. The place is outstanding very clean and new. Neighbor hood it’s very quiet and neighbors are nice and friendly. If you stay here you will feel safe and you will have everything close by. 7 seas , Walmart , Walgreens ,gas stations and many restaurants to go to. Also the natural reserve and Kayak experience is minutes away. We will definitely be coming back soon!! Thanks Rafael.

Elizabeth was a great host. She's very responsive and gave great recommendations for local beaches. Her instructions on how to get to the location are very accurate and helpful. The location is in a great area, very quiet and very safe. We had a small issue that was fixed within an hour.
