In the unspoilt village of Ringmore, a short walk takes you to a National Trust coastal path, which leads to a secluded beach. The house is a converted 17th century sawmill. Private garden. Two minute's walk from 13th Century pub, The Journey's End Inn, which serves delicious local food. Ideal location for hiking and walking (dog friendly beach). Surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and golf are less than 10 minutes by car. Close to Bigbury-on-Sea, Burgh Island, Salcombe, and Dartmouth.

Modern, well placed house walkable to beach & town

A beautiful modern house, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Lyme Regis and 10 minutes walk downhill to the beach. This upside down house has a wonderful open plan living space with floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto a balcony offering a ‘sea glimpse’. It has off-road parking, a bonus in this central location. Perfect for couples or families looking for a holiday in this seaside town; enjoy days on the beach, fossil hunting and walking on coastal footpaths or through lovely countryside.

Boutique Cosy Cottage in Lyme Regis Old Town

Nestled in the heart of central Old Town Lyme Regis this happy cottage has been stylishly refurbished top to bottom. With an original high stone wall semi circling a small but majestic garden with views of Lyme Regis. It boasts a ‘grab your coffee in bed’ feeling and watch the sunrise over the sea from a cosy master bedroom. Named Seahorse for nearly 250 years, located in the famous Sherborne Lane which dates to Saxon times and only a few mins walk from the artisan shops, high street and beach.

St Vincent's - sea views, off road & dog friendly

My place is a bungalow, sleeps 7, located 2 mins walk from seafront, sandy beach & historic Cobb harbour, with amazing views of the sea and Golden Cap headland. It was renovated in 2019 and is comfortably appointed. It has a sunny, sheltered south facing garden with paved patio and sea views. You will love my place because of the location, outdoors space and sea views. There is off road, private parking for two cars. My place is good for families and we are dog friendly, for up to 2 dogs.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car or 2 on request. It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required 19.7 - 30.8.25. Any questions, please just ask me. Panoramic Sea Views in beautiful Brixham

Panorama House has an elevated position, enjoying one of the most prominent locations in Brixham. A 5 minute walk down to the harbour takes you to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. The local beach next to the Breakwater with its award winning Bistro is a 10 minute walk around the harbour. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.

Pubs, restaurants and takeaways all in easy walking distance. Special features for divers and watersport fans include a hot water outside shower, lockable shed for stowing gear and drying racks for wetsuits. Well behaved dogs welcome. Dog towels and a cosy alcove for their bed available.

A Little Gem | Cosy 2 bed house close to the beach

This cosy 2 bed house is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, Seaton Tramway, town centre, Seaton Wetlands and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.

This stunning Victorian waterside home is nestled on the banks of the River Exe in the sea side town of Exmouth, Devon.
