Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Estuvimos cuatro días en esta preciosa villa junto al mar y la experiencia fue inmejorable. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectar, y la playa está a solo 3 minutos a pie. La casa está impecable, con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado, wifi, cocina equipada, barbacoa) y rincones exteriores muy acogedores. Esther es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Nos lo pasamos genial y sin duda volveríamos. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pakatoa – it truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by beautiful gardens that made every morning feel peaceful and special. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite spots to relax. A huge thank you to the agency – they were incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and made everything so smooth for us, we really appreciated it. We also fell in love with a few local places. Chabada on the boulevard became our favorite for morning coffee and relaxed dinners. For something special, Mirador de Jávea at Cap de la Nau offered not only stunning views but also a delicious black paella. And exploring the old town of Jávea and the charming streets of Altea was such a lovely experience – both full of character and beauty. To the owners and the agency: thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating a space where we could truly unwind. 🥰

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

Súper airbnb. J’en ai fait beaucoup et c’est de loin un des mieux équipés, pas besoin de venir en vacances avec son sucre, sel, huile d’olive etc.. il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Les literies sont très bien. Le logement est joli et très agréable à vivre et la résidence très calme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

No puedo ponerle ninguna pega. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia . La casa es agradable, cómoda y limpia . Zona tranquila y pegada a la playa. El anfitrión estupendo. Volveremos!
