The place was welcoming, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. This was important because we intended to stay in a lot and enjoy home cooked meals. The place felt homely and, with some basic provisions, we could settle in right away. The kitchen crockery, pots, pans etc were all clean and in excellent condition. There was plenty of choice for lounging and dining areas, with an indoor or more outdoor feel, and the surrounding natural landscape made for a beautiful and peaceful escape. Loved the outdoor swing between the tall trees which invited you to go outside. The seating around the grand firepit was excellent with beautiful decorative lighting. When the outdoor lights were off, we enjoyed expansive views of the Milky Way, by the fire. Additionally, we thought the host's dining recommendations in Ballarat and Daylesford were excellent, as was his communication. The getaway was just what we'd had in mind.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

Super clean place for an Airbnb that allows pets. House feels so homey and everything you need is supplied in the house . Had a great time and enjoyed this home a lot.

We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

My husband and I with our 8 year old son have just completed a stay at Leah's beautiful cottage. The property is amazing and so serene. We were able to feed the wonderful Saffy and Toby (ponies) and to meet Groucho and Alan (Alpacas). The cottage has everything you could need or want and Leah is a fantastic host always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay in thos cottage again. 😀

Stunning home well set up for family or group gatherings all year round. Plenty of space both indoors and out and spectacular views of nearby hills.Particularly well suited for planned Flowerdale Estate functions. Lisa is very responsive and helpful. Very happy to have stayed at Polo!

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

We would highly recommend Alex's apartment for many reasons. The location is perfect in terms of trams, cafes and restaurants and yet it was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and contained all that we needed for our week's stay. Alex met us at the apartment block and explained the information we needed for staying and leaving. Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts.
