The Firehouse One Building was the first Fire Station in the city, constructed back in 1891 and thoughtfully renovated in 2022. We are two blocks from the snowmobile trailhead with parking available for a trailer. We have a beautiful 4 season room added to the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
