Welcome to the A-frame at Finch Creek. A one-of-a-kind Northern Michigan getaway overlooking Finch Creek and completely surrounded by the Grass River Natural Area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

This home has stunning views of the lake plus two private decks, a grill, fire pit, and that beautiful beach for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing. We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Full kitchen for cooking your own meals, or walk 2 minutes to Woods Restaurant. The private deck offers views of beautiful Mackinac sunsets! The loft style bedroom has a queen bed and a second bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa for an extra bed option. No pets allowed. Bike rentals available on site.
