We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Close to everything, especially the airport. Beautiful pool area. Good neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Felt very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment and location look exactly like the pictures. It’s a perfect spot for someone who wants to have a lot of options (socially) without always going far. The restaurants had great food. There were events on multiple nights in the square. The pool and gym are perfect. We were close to the beach, downtown, and more. The biggest negatives is that the bed and sofa could felt like concrete. Insanely uncomfortable! Also, there was no extra toilet paper, so after ONE use we had to visit Walmart. I would and absolutely will stay here again. Perfect size for 2 people. The additional fees for damages and the amount of personal information they require concerned me BUT I am happy I stayed here. The building was quiet and felt safe.

The airbnb was great and she was nice enough to let us arrive a few hours early. Very clean with a great balcony.

Very pleasant spa vibe. New building. Tall ceilings with a small balcony I used for tea sipping. Host is impressively quick to reply. Located centrally to walk to major neighborhoods/downtown within 3/4 of a mile. Super market nearby. As you approach the building coming up Harrison Street, you see the rear garage and to the left of the garage is a door. If you do not mind hiking up and down five flights of stairs, there is a very convenient door for coming and going, avoiding walking the block to the front. (I’m past 60 and could do it) Cool pool area. Not beating on you sun as in center of complex. Grills. Bar seating and fire pit seating areas. Did not get to the gym but hope you do!

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

It was a very nice place to stay, people were friendly, the pool was great! The layout of the condo was perfect and the place was clean! I definitely recommend this place to stay!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

This place was furnished perfectly ,easy access to the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and fabulous fish market. Nice quiet location. Neighbors are friendly and accommodating. You could not ask for anything more.

Great stay at this place! Rooms are as described and shown on pictures. Access to nice, shared pool included. We spend most of our time at the beach in Clearwater which is an approx. 15min / $14 Uber ride. Would stay there again.

Our stay couldn’t have been better, it honestly felt like we were visiting a family member’s home. Nothing overly fancy, but super cozy and welcoming! The beds and couch were really comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to relax without feeling crowded. The condo isn’t huge, but it’s laid out well, it felt spacious and gave us privacy with the bathroom in between the two sleeping areas. We couldn’t hear each other at all, which was great! We did hear a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors, but that’s just part of staying in a condo and didn’t affect our experience. There was a box of sand toys that our husbands loved. Having both beach towels and regular towels provided was super convenient, too. We had such a great time and will definitely check availability here for our next trip! :)

I can’t express enough how AMAZING our stay was! Our host was very responsive, clean beautiful home, excellent neighborhood, so accommodating! Everything we needed and more were provided, I literally have No Complaints about the stay! If you are thinking about this home PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK!!! With walk ability to the beach and restaurants, this was a great location. Kurt and Sandra have the place well-equipped, including lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. They even went as far as to rent a golf cart when the one they own had mechanical issues. We would definitely return and rent again!

Charming and quaint. Loved that they had king beds and allowed our little pup. It was the perfect location for our stay and close to our events. All one level with only 2 step to get in.

The patio and pool area was so stunning, great place to hang out with friends!

De ruimtes waren groter dan de foto's deden vermoeden. Alles was keurig schoon en er waren voldoende voorzieningen aanwezig in de keuken en de badkamers. De communicatie met Ann verliep zeer soepel en het bijboeken van 2 extra gasten bij de oorspronkelijke 4 was geen enkel probleem. Ik zal iedereen Bugs Bungalow aanbevelen en wanneer we weer terug naar Tampa gaan, zal ik graag weer gebruik van de woning maken.

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

A small space but it was just me. I liked the security of having the owner next door. Close to food.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.
