Vakantiewoningen met balkon in Madeira Island

Excellent base if looking to travel out to see the sights of Madeira. Less crowded than Funchal, but with everything you could ask for (bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc). The apartment itself was spectacular, a perfect place to come back to with excellent amenities and an incredible balcony view. Very clean, very clear instructions for access, and great communication from the host. Would 100% recommend!

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e accogliente. Le camere sono ampie e arredate con gusto. La posizione è comoda per spostarsi e la presenza del parcheggio incluso è un grande vantaggio. La comunicazione con gli host è stata eccellente: sempre rapidi e precisi nel rispondere alle nostre domande. È stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole!

hôte super réactif, clair dans les explications pour l'arrivée et pour le départ l'appartement était propre gel douche et linge et savon disponiblesont mise à disposition la localisation du logement est parfaite pour visiter L'ile de Madère. le logement est spacieux trois grandes chambres avec placard dans chaque on peut ranger aisément des vêtements. mes deux salles de bains sont bien utiles. si il y avait un bémol c'est juste un souci d'isolation au niveau bruit mais en rien insurmontable cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure merci encore à cet hôte.

We loved our two week stay at the apartment. The place was spacious with great views and well located with great restaurants nearby. It was a 40 min walk from the centre of Funchal which wasn’t a problem as we like to walk but there are frequent buses too. Our only issue was that the hot water system in the apartment didn’t work well. When we reported it a worker came out to fix it but there wasn’t much improvement. Otherwise the place was well equipped with comfortable beds and we would gladly stay there again.

A True Home Away From Home. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in this wonderful apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped it was, providing absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and extended stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, creating a truly inviting and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the stunning view of from the balcony – the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. Furthermore, the location proved to be ideal for exploring the island.

The flat was exactly like the photos - well decorated and a beautiful view over the ocean. Close to groceries, great restaurants and the beach - short drive if the walk uphill is too much. Definitely glad I chose this place over some cheaper, but not as well appointed places. Only thing to note is that instructions finding and getting into the flat were not thorough enough. I did send photos and more detailed instructions to GuestReady so hopefully future renters don't get trapped, like I did, in other parts of the building. So quick tips: - the building you're looking for says "PIORNAIS RESIDENCE B1/B2" on the outside, it will not have the address listed on the outside - the elevators in this building don't give access to all flats on each floor. So you MUST take the correct elevator to reach the flat you're assigned. For this one, you need to take the elevator next to the garage door - elevator is behind a door that says "Fire Door". - car is parked on floor "-1"

Очень хорошее жилье 👍 Отличное расположение, есть паркинг, удобное самостоятельное заселение. Единственное что я бы добавила - вам стоит написать в инструкции как найти ящик с ключами, нам просто пришлось кружить вокруг дома и искать место где можно зайти.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is very clean and big and very well equipped. We had a great time. Check in was easy. The house is in a great location and very close to cafés and restaurants. Everything worked fine except for the dishwasher but we have notified the host :)

lovely place with a great view. clean and spacious. the slope up to the apartment is a bit steep to drive but quite fun when you get the hang of it

We had a blast! First, the house location was perfect. You wake up everyday to a stunning view of the town. The house is so big and was so clean and had everything we needed. The photos match the real life experience. Every detail was well thought about. We loved the welcoming gifts upon our arrival . The hosts was all the time reactive to our messages . We had a great experience and surely will stay again in their house if another opportunity comes along to go back to Madeira ❤️

Very nice place! Nothing fancy, but you have everything you need! Walkable to downtown! It was a bit cold the week we were there and the house has no heating. We requested some electric heaters and the host provided them the next day! One day we ran out of gas, but the next day it was fixed. Overall, nothing to complain about! I totally recommend this place! Great value for the money!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit vielen schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und bietet einen unschlagbaren Ausblick. Für uns war es etwas frisch in der Unterkunft. Die dreckige Bettdecke wurde direkt gewechselt.

Дом внутри очень чистый, приятный. Мне всё понравилось, просторная кухня, зал на первом этаже! На втором 3 спальни просторные, всё было очень чисто! Единственный минус это дорога перед домом Спасибо!

Very nice apartment! It’s a private village very near to Funchal, supermarket and the principal road. In the garden there is barbecue, so you can grill and stay with family and friends! The agency is very reactive and nice.
