Top accomodatie! Wij voelden ons er erg thuis! Fijne bedden, alles aanwezig en een schitterend uitzicht! De oprit was wel een beetje spannend.... zo steil.

A very peaceful and private place to stay in Sao Vicente. Being spacious and having great views makes it a perfect place to rest between activities. Beds are comfortable and closets are fantastic. There was port, fruit, and cake waiting for us, which was a welcoming touch. It is about a 35 min drive to Funchal and closer to an hour to get to and from the airport. Less than hr to elsewhere on the island. Notes: 1) Access: To get to the restaurants and shops is a steep climb with stairs or road, so be prepared to drive down or get some exercise :) 2) Parking and layout: The gated 2-car port is on the roof of the home and is at the end of the street where there is viewpoint parking. It may be a little tight getting in and out if there are cars. You go down 1 floor to get to the bedrooms and one more floor to get to the living room/kitchen and pool. 3) Shopping: There is a grocery with long hours down at the shoreline (10 min walk). The gift shop in the same strip is very goo

Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit prachtige huis. Dit huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is smaakvol ingericht en wij voelden ons meteen thuis❤️ Het verwarmde zwembad met uitzicht op zee was een groot cadeau, vooral bij zonsondergang. 🌞 Wij komen zeker een keer terug! Very kind host and beautiful place. Our flight was sent back to Lisbon due to high winds so we ended up arriving after 1am and Nelson was kind enough to wait up for us and gave us a nice anniversary gift as well.

Had a couple of great days at Dina's place. It is superb, with a great view over the town and sea with an unbearable terrace & pool that are fantastic for relaxation. Everything we needed was there and Dina promptly responded if we had any queries. The parking space is great - although not easy to get into as you'd expect on the mountainsides of Madeira.

Majoituimme Casa dos Francelhosissa, meitä oli seitsemän aikuista. Tilat olivat erinomaiset. Antonio otti meidät vastaan ystävällisesti, opasti kaiken tarvittavan huvilasta, mutta myös antoi mahtavia vinkkejä Madeiran nähtävyyksistä, kaupoista, ruokailupaikosta ja liikkumisesta. Viikko meni muakavasti huvilassa, jossa on mm. kolme kylpyhuonetta sisällä ja neljäs ulkona. Meitä odotti mm. hedelmävadit, tervetuliasviinit sekä kauniit kukat. Kaikki toimi loistavasti. Ulkoterassi ja uima-allasalueoli todella viihtyisä ja kaunis. Viikon aikana myös grillasimme ulkogrillissä. Huvilan sijainti on loistava, alue on rauhallinen ja näkymä merelle kaunis, kävelimme päivittäin keskustaan. Takaisinpäin otimme usein taksin, nuoriso käveli takaisin ja sai hyötyliikuntaa. Takseja sai keskustasta hyvin, Pingo-kaupan uloskäynnin vieressä niitä odotti aina useita. Bolt toimi hyvin myös. Voimme suositella lämpimästi Casa dos Francelhosta!

Wir haben zu fünft im April 2025 eine wunderbare Woche in Élvios Casa verbracht. Es hat uns allen großartig gefallen! Wir hatten sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir viel Zeit auf der unglaublichen Terrasse verbringen konnten. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Sogar im geheizten Pool waren wir. Élvio stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Er gab uns Tipps für den Supermarkt, Wanderungen, Restaurants etc. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir bereits kühles Bier im Kühlschrank und Obst auf dem Tisch. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr groß und hell. Die Einrichtung ist modern und schlicht. Alles entspricht den Fotos. Mit unserem Mietwagen, den wir einfach vor dem Haus parken konnten, haben wir die Insel erkundet. Madeira ist wunderschön. Wir haben einige Wanderungen gemacht, die einfach nur einmalig waren. Diese Natur auf Madeira, das Grün der Pflanzen, das Blau von Meer und Himmel... einfach unbeschreiblich. Vielen, vielen Dank, Élvio!!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met zijn vijven. Het ontbrak aan niets, werkelijk alles was aanwezig (zelfs een kaasschaaf, fijn voor een Nederlander😅). Ook een heerlijke buitenruimte met voldoende meubilair voor ons allen. Een aanrader. Ik zou graag nog eens komen.

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, every one of us was indeed impressed with how lovely the apartment was, it’s very spacious and perfect for 4+ people, it’s the ideal location for exploring Madeira by car. As it’s in the central location of the island. The host was amazing left us a welcome basket with loads of different local snacks, they was very welcoming and attended to our needs and provided lots of information about Madeira and activities that we can do Overall for the price and quality of what you’re getting it’s out of this world 🌍 get yourself booked in 👍🏻

We had a great week here! Manny gave us a very warm welcome and spoiled us with thoughtful welcome gifts. The place is very spacious, the kitchen has all you need and the terrace has a great view. Even two couples can comfortably stay here while having a private bedroom and bathroom each. Thank you Manny!

Maison très agréable à côté de l’aéroport et proche de la voie rapide. Pratique pour se déplacer sur l’île. Impeccable au niveau de la propreté. Il manquait juste dans la cuisine quelques épices et de l’huile pour cuisiner mais sinon tout y est. On peut se garer devant la maison. Il y a un grand magasin pour faire ses courses à 5 mn de la maison. C’est un quartier tranquille avec des maisons.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very secluded and private but also cosy and well-equipped. It was so clean and felt like we were the first and only guests ever to stay here! Some nice thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome and comfortable too such as blankets, wine and biscuits! Don't forget to bring your slippers though as the floor is cold though the blankets and heaters provided were much appreciated. The mountain views were incredible and well worth the steep, narrow drive up. Eva was there to meet us and had sent us very detailed instructions and a video to help us find it as it is quite remote. Eva was a very responsive host and easily contactable throughout our stay with recommendations for walks and restaurants in the local area. The only downside was the ants but I liked the fact that Eva used chemical free solutions to this. I would definitely recommend staying here if you love nature and peace and quiet. I could happily have sat and stared at the views all day!

Excellent séjour. Il ne manquait absolument rien, tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin y était (vraiment impressionnant pour un airbnb)! De plus, tout était très très propre!! La vue est à couper le souffle et la maison était très grande! Le seul bémol était les fourmis qui apparemment sont nouvelles à Madère et sont attirées, non pas par la nourriture, mais bien par l’humidité. Aussitôt qu’on laissait quelque chose d’humide traîné (ex: un élastique à cheveux un peu mouillée ou humide), les fourmis s’y rendaient. Nous étions les premiers à signaler le tout donc je crois que ce problème sera pris en charge pour le futur. Au final, nous recommandons sans hésiter et nous avons adoré notre passage dans cette maison. Notre coup de coeur : la vue époustouflante 🤩

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight, mit Grillstation, Außendusche und WC, Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. In der Wohnung selbst, fehlt es an nichts. Genug Stauraum, 2 große Doppelbetten, ein klasse Bad und eine super Küche mit Meerblick. Von der Garage kann man direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl ins Penthouse fahren, aber auch zu Fuß ums Haus gehen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt weil die liebe Eva sich ständig um uns gekümmert hat wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Sie ist die Seele der Unterkunft :-) Viele gute Tipps haben wir von ihr erhalten, sie ist sehr gastfreundlich, flexibel und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir hatten eine traumschöne Woche zum Blumenfest! Danke Eva!

Super helpful and friendly host! Location was perfect for us, and Airbnb was very spacious for our group of two couple and two kids.

Le logement se situe dans un très beau cadre et offre une très belle vue sur les environs. Nous avons été agréablement surprise par ce dernier. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour chez Rosa-Lina !

A lovely house, well equipped with thoughtful touches such as beach towels. Perfect location close to the beach and pools. Host very communicative and provided great instructions and recommendations. I would recommend for a lovely, authentic Madeira experience in Seixal.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft mit unserem zweijährigen Sohn sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr neu und sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Garage, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind sehr praktisch. Zwei weitere tolle Schlafzimmer hätten Platz für Großeltern und Freunde geboten. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.

Séjour très agréable, la maison était impeccable. Vous aurez une piscine privée et une vue magnifique sur la vallée et la mer. Les lits étaient très confortable, équipements rien à dire. Nous sommes très content et nous pensons revenir à Madère.

Это было классное впечатление и проживание с шикарным видом ! Нам все очень понравилось ! Кроме запаха из туалета , и клещей … Постельное белье шикарное !!!! Это было лучшее за всю поездку ! Одеяло , кровать - великолепно! Очень близко от аэропорта, супер в 10 минутах на машине. Конечно только с машиной можно туда попасть ) Из важного , не хватало стиралки! А так все супер !!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Carlos explained us exactly how to arrive, even sent a short video. The communication was simple and reliable. The views from the house are magnificent and it's a perfect place if you want to stay away from hotel areas and touristic crowds . Recommended!
