Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The spacious layout included a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a serene bedroom that ensured restful nights. It was a delightful place to relax after exploring the town.

We were in town for our daughter’s dance competition. The apartment is less than 4 minutes away from EKU’s Arts Center and is walkable to Richmond’s local downtown of non-chain restaurants and bars. The fenced-in yard made it easy for us to get our dogs outside when we had a short window to get them outside, then return to the competition. Andrew was very responsive to the few question I had and seemed interested in my input. The location made it good. The quality of the property and the service made it great. One last thing…no long list of check-out demands.

Hosts were very helpful and responsive, and there was lots of space; a much better option than a hotel! It was a little musky on the main level but it was a great value overall.

All was good for us. We didn’t think that the surroundings were necessarily the best. But, we got along fine.

We were in town to visit EKU and stayed at Freida's place. It is cute, cozy, very clean and contains all the comforts of home, including phone chargers and a makeup mirror!!! We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again!!

What an adorable and cozy apartment. Ellen was kind enough to accommodate a very late check-in and even left lights on so we didn’t have to enter a dark apartment. That was very much appreciated. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, hot water and good water pressure, safe neighborhood. My daughter and I took a walk around the area and downtown and felt very safe. Her gardens make it feel like you are in this little oasis away from everything. Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ellen’s place.

30 minutes from Lexington airport and 1 hour from Louisville airport giving us options for flights. Sarah was very responsive and kept us up to date on the flooding situations and was willing to offer us a refund if we wanted to cancel due to closures from flooding. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be beat-close to the horse park and walkable to everything in town. Some have mentioned street noise and parking but neither were much of an issue.Noise wasn't too much of an issue. A little in the early morning as people were heading to work but we are early risers so not a problem. We were able to park right in front of the building all but one day but used the parking lot on the other day. The apt actually has two 1/2 baths. one with a vanity and toilet, the other with a shoeer/tub and vanity. This was great for having separate areas for getting ready in the morning. All in all a great find and if we come back to Georgetown, we will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb’s stay was super spacious! My friend and I only stayed one night but we would love to stay here for an extended weekend. The area is very peaceful and safe and while we did not use the kitchen and living room area I’d love to in the future. The shower here was my favorite in that the water was very hot and the water pressure was nice and hard. It was great after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were very responsive.
