Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.

The Little Phoenix on Fatherland, Hip Home Mid-Century Flair

The Little Phoenix is accessed from a private parking area off of the Alley behind the main house with it's own entrance gate and private back yard. Ideal for a couple or a group of 3 there is also a full size kitchen. I live full-time in time in the main house and work in the neighborhood (I am an architect and actually designed both the main house and the guest house you will be staying in). There is additional on-street parking on Fatherland Street in front of the main house. I love showing off the main house, so if you are interested in design - request a tour. The home is in bustling East Nashville, a short walk from a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Head to Lockeland Table and the Public House for some of the best local food and neighborhood hangouts on the east side. The Little Phoenix is a passion project that only came about with the tragedy of a devastating house fire at the main house. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away. **We are huge child and animal lovers, but our space is not safe for children.
