Perfect for romantic get aways and walking trips, located just a few minutes walk from the South West coastal path and two sandy beaches. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car.

The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. It has a large terraced sunny garden so you can eat outside or enjoy the beautiful sunsets we have here. We have brought this former dairy back to life with love and it now has a comfortable, cosy style with vintage furniture and up-cycled, well equipped kitchen to host six guests.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
