The apartments has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the home appliances you might need. The living room is spacious and with many large windows that let a lot of natural light in. There is also a narrow terrace to enjoy a coffee while watching people passing on the street. The apartment has been refurbished in August 2017. Baby cot and high chair available under request.

Amazing apartment just on the beach. Apartment is placed inside the Melia South Beach Hotel and guests can use all the facilities like pools, gardens, gym, direct access to the beach and sun beds. You can enjoy morning hotel activities like yoga, pilates etc, also evening hotel performances. Hotel has 5 cafes and restaurants, breakfast can be paid and enjoy in the hotel. This nice apartment consists of a large living room with a 20 meter terrace and a good equipped kitchen (blender, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave). It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The accomodation is cozy and well furnished, with charming views on a garden and pool on one side and a field on the other side. The residence is very pleasant, quiet with a large swimming pool. El apt está situado a primera línea del puerto de Sóller, delante del paseo marítimo, frente al mar. En pleno centro y cerca de los restaurantes, bares, tiendas, y la playa más próxima a 150m. El edificio fue construido a mediados del S XIX, con la última reforma en 2017, siempre conservando el estilo clásico mallorquín. Es un espacio muy luminoso con sol durante casi todo el día.
