The apartments has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the home appliances you might need. The living room is spacious and with many large windows that let a lot of natural light in. There is also a narrow terrace to enjoy a coffee while watching people passing on the street. The apartment has been refurbished in August 2017. Baby cot and high chair available under request.

Charming Old town touristic lodging-TI153

60sqm with one bedroom, a reading room and a living room. Right it the historic center, few minutes walking from everywhere. Perfect for couples also can host kids under 15yo: 150cm size bed, junior bed and baby cot. 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment. The stairs at our building are a bit steep like most in the old town, no elevator.

Amazing apartment just on the beach. Apartment is placed inside the Melia South Beach Hotel and guests can use all the facilities like pools, gardens, gym, direct access to the beach and sun beds. You can enjoy morning hotel activities like yoga, pilates etc, also evening hotel performances. Hotel has 5 cafes and restaurants, breakfast can be paid and enjoy in the hotel. Studio apartment has wonderful mounting views with sunny terrace, fully equipped kitchen, king size bed and wide bathroom.

Dúplex en primera línea de mar

Mi bisabuelo compró el terreno para hacer una pequeña casa de madera en la que su mujer, mi bisabuela, pudiese ponerse el traje de baño en un sitio privado. Era principios del siglo XX y la gente empezaba a nadar simplemente por placer. Finalmente decidió construir una casa y fue así el primer apartamento de playa en el Puerto de Sóller; por aquel entonces todo era campo y pudo elegir las mejores vistas y localización de todo el paseo marítimo. Les invitamos a venir a comprobarlo.

El apt está situado a primera línea del puerto de Sóller, delante del paseo marítimo, frente al mar. En pleno centro y cerca de los restaurantes, bares, tiendas, y la playa más próxima a 150m. El edificio fue construido a mediados del S XIX, con la última reforma en 2017, siempre conservando el estilo clásico mallorquín. Es un espacio muy luminoso con sol durante casi todo el día.
