Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es perfecto para desconectarse al 100%, rodeado de naturaleza y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir en ningún momento, si llevas lo esencial (juegos, comida, bebidas) Las áreas exteriores son enormes: jardines muy amplios, cancha de fútbol y un espacio increíble para cocinar al aire libre, ya sea con carbón o parrilla de gas. También cuenta con fogateros de gas, ideales para disfrutar las noches sin pasar frío. El interior estaba impecable, muy limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias; cinco de ellas tienen baño privado y las otras dos comparten uno exterior, lo cual no fue ningún problema. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con suficientes platos y utensilios para un grupo grande (éramos 15 personas y no faltó nada). Luis fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y amable. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y esperamos volver pronto.

We had such a wonderful stay at Fer’s house!! Fantastic location just steps away from the main shopping street in Polanco. We also felt incredibly safe in the neighborhood, and they even provided a security guard at night just for extra peace of mind. The house was stunning (exactly as shown in the pictures) and Fer & team were incredibly responsive. Could not recommend this property more! Thank you, Fer!

Great location, super comfortable house with lots of places to sit and rest, especially being a larger group. Kitchen was well equipped which is always a big plus and we simply had a lot of fun there as a group of friends.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was a girls' trip for us, and the home was the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some much-needed time together. It was cozy, spotless, and in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood. So much to do nearby—charming coffee shops, amazing restaurants, local markets, and beautiful streets to explore just steps away. Location!!! One of the things we appreciated most was having our own bedroom and bathroom—it gave each of us the privacy and comfort we needed to unwind at the end of the day. Our host was truly wonderful— kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. When we had an issue with a previous rental, he graciously allowed us to check in a day early without hesitation, which we were so grateful for. His thoughtful hospitality made us feel completely at home and set the tone for the rest of the stay. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone visiting the area—we'd love to return!

Diego’s place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a great spot overall. Communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire stay. A big bonus was Eva, who came by to clean every day—she’s such a sweet and helpful lady, really made the stay even better. The only small downside was that the shower in the main room with the two king beds was a bit chilly—lukewarm at best. But since the weather was warm, it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

We were a group of 6 friends and we had an amazing time ! We were out a lot so the villa was more for sleeping and late wakes up vibes. the place is very functional and has a lot of space , many rooms and bathrooms, few outdoors spots . We liked the tacos street around and the coffee place called chirinquito. And it’s very easy to walk Pretty much everywhere from the villa, it’s like 15/20mn to go to Condesa neighborhood ( beautiful). We loved the bike and food tour , La Lucha libre was so fun , dancing at café paraiso or pat miller was limitless…give it a try to Ticuchi restaurant ( great quality Mexican food) or Fonico aswell. Dani and Gerry are always fast to answer and helpful too. The villa is located in a busy area so it can be a bit loud in the mornings ( bc of the traffic and taffic is kind of intense) so maybe not the right call if you look for a more peaceful vibe . Thanks aswell to the 2 guards of the villa, super nice and always ready to help . CDMX is cuuuumbaaa!!!!

We loved staying here! The suite was ambient and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful lighting and comfortable furniture. The bathtub was an added highlight! The shared patio was a lovely place to wind down between adventures.

Excelente ubicación, tienes todo a cuadras, el jacuzzi en la habitación es excelente para relajarse y la habitación muy silenciosa ideal para descansar, Matthew súper anfitrión siempre pendiente y sus recomendaciones excelentes 10/10, gracias Matthew por tu hospitalidad
