Cozy unit and significantly furnished with basic amenities. Convenient location and easy check-in. Host and caretaker were responsive and helpful.

Booked last Oct4-5 then before checking out, we decided to extend our stay til Oct 6. It was very homey. We were able to relax and sleep well after a tiring day at EK. The host was very friendly and responsive. We already left the place when my friend realized that he left his watch. We were allowed to go back. To my relief, the host was there. She immediately checked the room upon informing her that we left something. 🥰 The guards were also nice. Recommended place to stay 💯

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. And we really appreciate KC for being so responsive for all the queries. Thank you!

Beautiful house, immaculately clean and well maintained and presented. I especially loved the wooden floors and art pieces. Area is interesting to walk around, but unfortunately pool and sports facilities except golf were closed due to holidays (would suggest to a host to disclose that upfront). Caretaker is lovely though would be nice if they could be reached on messaging apps (as we didn't have phone calls on our plan). The only small issue was that a local cat (pet?) pooped a few times in the garden and we had to clean that up. Otherwise, great stay.

Owner is very pleasant and very accommodating, indeed a super host! This is the place you have to be when you want to stay around the Fort Bonifacio. The whole area is wonderful, with high end resort like amenities and d unit comes with a bonus free parking. If you want peace and privacy, this is your place to be. center of everything but away from all the husle and bustle of city life, plenty of grab and uber around if you dont want to drive. Big supermarket nearby, walkable for some. There’s mini grocery at B1, also water refilling station - all of them near the Admin office, where the parkings are. Description is accurate, kitchen is complete with basic amenities and not so basic amenities😜 everything is in the unit. very nice view of the pool. I assure everyone that the construction nearby wont affect you in anyway. the pool was great, its massive. All in all it was a great stay in Sharmaine’s elegant place, a home away from home. Place looks good as listed. The hosts are very easy to deal with and responds quickly. We had a very quiet, comfortable stay, just the quick weekend pause needed. Highly recommended.

Host was so accommodating. Place was also so nice and clean. Overall a great place to stay!
