Wake Up to Beach Views in a Sunny Praia da Luz Penthouse

This family-friendly renovated apartment charms with a cheerful open-living space, wood floors, and three Juliette balconies with scenic overlooks. We have Spa facilities on the premises. There is a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, massage room and yoga room. Receive exclusive discounts to the Spa only if you stay with us. The beach is a very short walk down the hill, about 4 minutes or less. Both bedrooms and also the living room have its own AC/Heating. We have toys and books for young children, we can also provide baby cots and high chairs if needed. Our TV has a selection of international channels such as BBC, ITV, German and French channels. We also have Netflix available. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Electric oven and Induction Hobs, espresso machine, Fridge-Freezer, Double Sink, Dishwasher and a tap that provides filtered water. We have a safe in the apartment for guests to store valuables. Private parking at the building. Depending on availability, we can book our guests in for Massage, Yoga, SUP, Surf Lessons, Electric bicycle hire - and more... The whole apartment - 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large open plan living and dining area. We like to meet all of our guests in person on arrival to give a warm welcome. We live a short walk away, and are available for emergencies 24/7. Situated in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz amid native flora and just a four-minute walk from the beach, the home's location can't be beat. Everything is steps away—supermarkets, restaurants, bars, doctors, banks, a post office, and more. We normally recommend hiring a car if staying in Luz for more than a few days. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and also when returning back after an evening out :)

There are no closed off rooms in this open plan studio apartment apart from the 3 piece bathroom. - Free parking in the area - Bus stop 3 minutes away - Many restaurants and bars nearby - Supermarkets in walking distance - Pharmacies and Doctors in the area Prime location with beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean and the newly renovated beach right outside! This beautifully designed studio apartment is situated in the very local fishermen's hub. Arguineguin is situated in the south west of the island and easily reached by bus number 91, which will take you from the airport directly to Arguineguin. To explore the southern coastline and Las Palmas, public transport is very good. To discover the center of the island, we do recommend renting a car.

Step onto the spacious, leafy veranda for leisurely sunset drinks with unobstructed ocean views! The apartment is situated next to a sandy beach for a morning swim and a 2-minute walk from the center of Naousa and its main square. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Located 7 km (12 minutes to the Center) from the capital Santa Cruz, with wonderfull weather all year around and 15 minutes away is the city of La Laguna (World Heritage).
