Il casale, indipendente e con una superficie di 150 mq con un giardino di circa 5000 mq, è immerso nel verde delle colline della Sabina. La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica, ed ideale per raggiungere i borghi medioevali del Lazio e dell'Umbria. Sono presenti due barbecue esterni e due camini interni alla casa. Un frutteto con circa 50 piante da frutto, dove è possibile raccogliere la frutta di stagione. E' presente Wi-Fi e un impianto di riscaldamento, 3 TV Smart e una lavatrice nel magazzino

La villa di 200mq su due livelli è circondata da un ampio parco con piscina di acqua salata condivisa con un'altra unità. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

Villa on the lake with a pool

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

Ping pong table, trampoline, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms , livingroom,full equipped kitchen, patio, a garden next the house with wine pergola and barbeque. It can accommodate eight people, free wifi. It's a perfect location to visit central Italy in tipical italian countryside villa. It is at just 50 km from Rome. In Autumn and winter you can enojoy the thermal baths of Viterbo at just 40 km.

A 19th century Villa in a Wine Estate

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.

Casale in Teverina comprises 3 independent apartments:the smaller for 2 people,the bigger for 8 people and the last for 6 people, for a total of 16 people.If you are less than 16, you will not have all the apartments, but you will be alone in the house.
