In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Πρόκειται για ένα φωτεινό studio, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση και κουζινάκι με όλα τα σκεύη κουζίνας. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος τόσο για μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες όσο και για ζευγάρια. Απέχει μόλις 3’ λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλιακή οδό του Βόλου, 2’ λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά (ΕΡΜΟΥ) και έχει εύκολο parking. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για εξορμήσεις στα γραφικά χωριά του Πηλίου όπως Μακρινίτσα, Πορταριά.

Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
