Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean, all of the best things in a place to stay. The stay was everything I needed, a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Will definintaly try to book again the next time I;m in Houston!

Great location. Close to everything. This is a place, property and location that I would actually choose to live. Quiet, close to so many amenities, comfy, safe and felt like home. I’d definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. I really was impressed by the occasional food trucks on property for all to enjoy when you just didn’t feel like cooking or waiting on delivery.

Basic place with all the amenities you need. Great location near to the park, shops and restaurants a 10 to 15 min walk or a short drive, and 25 min walk into downtown.

Mary’s apartment was fabulous - clean and well-appointed. We loved having access to the pool, and the neighborhood was exactly where we wanted to be — a short walk to the renowned Breakfast Klub and one of our favorite beer gardens (Axelrad). As a host, Mary was responsive and flexible. We had a very late arrival but had no problems checking in through the concierge, and Mary was able to accommodate two last-minute requests: a late check-out and then allowing us to book an extra day with her when we missed our flight! Although this listing is pricey, it is quite luxurious and Mary is a fabulous host. If you are able to spring for the cost, you won’t be disappointed at all.

We love this place. It's in a slightly funky neighborhood but very safe and as we have stayed there several times, we are starting to get to know the neighbors who have been very helpful. It reminds me a bit of some places we've stayed in in New Orleans as it has very high ceilings and other feathures reminescent of that city. We hope to stay there whenever we go to Houston which is often.

Like the place the owners where very responsive with anything. Good place to stay, gated, peaceful, quiet. If im ever around the area again hopefully it’ll be available.

The place was very comfortable and in a perfect area! Very close to the events we attended and around a lot of convenient spots.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and comfortable and was as shown in the photos. It was on a quiet street, but still conveniently located to everything in downtown Houston. We came for an event at the convention center and it was a 15-20 minute walk -- perfect for us. The host was friendly and responsive. I recommend this place and would love to stay here again next time we are in Houston.

The picture is exactly as the apartment, the instructions helped so that we don't get lost finding it.. we will definitely be staying there again

I spent about 45 days at Steven’s studio. it was an unforgettable time. The place was very clean, a lot of space for family to enjoy. The only issue that I had was with the internet because the internet was very slow, which I mentioned to Steven. They will take action to solve it. Overall, I had a great experience at the hosts house and they are very nice and welcoming people as well. I will recommend the place for anyone who wants to go to Spring area in Houston.

Heather's place was a wonderful stay. We are travelers and have stayed in many airbnbs and Heather's place soared to the top of our list. It was one of the most thought out and nicely decorated airbnb we have been to. She had the right things that really matter for your stay. Her cookware was top notch, the whole place had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to stay at her place 1st, any time we are in the Houston area. The private parking with your own garage was the icing on the cake for us. Like I said, a very well thought out airbnb spot. Oh, and I must mention, even though it was a pet friendly place, we could not find any signs of an animal being in the place nor did we ever hear any signs of her having a dog. We only knew she had a dog when we saw them taking him for a walk. We were amazed how quiet the dog had been. We wish all airbnbs gave this much thought to their place with this great level of quality.

Atang and family were an absolute pleaseure to stay with. Very cordial and timely on anything we needed. House was cozy with plenty of room. Took very good care of us for a long period of time. The location was awesome to be in for the first stay in Texas. Right next to the airport a school and a church. Felt very safe and peaceful. No loud noises at night and felt right at home! Would stay over and over! Atang made it even better with their values and willingness to help if anything needed to be touched on! Thank you for letting us stay at your home Atang!

Had an amazing stay. The space was cozy and comfortable, and the area was full of things to do.

Lovely apartment in a safe and clean location. The bed was super soft with clean bedding. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean and had plenty of amenities. Pool and gym was nice as well. I’d recommend this apartment. I had a lovely stay. Host were very responsive. I would definitely stay again!

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

the spot was everything me and my girlfriend were looking for. the setup was very clean and very romantic. the hot tube was a great feature however we did struggle with the jet system we would press the button and it would work but turning it off took a few tries with the button other then that everything was amazing and we would honesty stay again when we come out for Houston the smart tv was also a great plus and the shower as well. definiy a good spot for couples!

Saleem was a wonderful host. We had an extended stay due to some home construction. He was very responsive if we had a question and extremely helpful with the apartment complex. He was welcoming of our two dogs and it had a great yard you usually don’t find with apartments. He gave us a complimentary late check out which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
