La villa se ubica en los lindes de la Reserva Natural de s’Albufereta, joya de la naturaleza por su paisaje y valores ornitológicos y botánicos. Consta de 4 habitaciones repartidas en planta baja y primer piso,3 baños, recibidor,sala de estar,cocina,coladuría más terraza-jardín con piscina. Es recomendable disponer de vehículo. La piscina está cerrada,haciendo del jardín una zona segura para los niños. Situada a escasos km de los pueblos de Alcudia y Pollença,como además también de sus playas.

The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City.
